    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT clause 66 of the Bill be amended— (a) in subclause (1) by deleting the word “the” appearing immediately after the words “Heritage Act 2006” and substituting therefor the word “a”; and (b) in subclause (2) by deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the word “All” and substituting therefor the words “land use”."
