    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: That Clause 70 of the Bill be amended:- (a) in sub-clause (1) by— (i) deleting the word “Physical” appearing immediately after the words “The National” in the introductory Clause and substituting therefor the words “Land Use”; and (ii) deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “Secretary on broad” in paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the words “land use”; (b) in sub-clause (2) by: (i) deleting the word “Physical” appearing immediately after the words “The National” in the introductory Clause and substituting therefor the words “Land Use”; and"
