    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 85 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (2) by: (i) deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “for delivery of” in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the words “land use”; (ii) deleting the word “Physical” appearing immediately after the words “operations of Inter-County” in paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the words “Land Use”; and (iii) deleting the word “Physical” appearing immediately after the words “the conduct of” in paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the words “Land Use”."
