    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after Clause 12- 12B.The functions of the National Physical Planning Consultative Forum shall be to— (a) provide a forum for consultation on County and Inter-County Land Use Development Plans; (b) promote effective coordination and integration of land use development and sector planning; and, (c) advise on the mobilization of adequate resources for the preparation and implementation of land use development plans and strategies."
