    "content": "12C. (1) County Land Use Planning Consultative Forum shall meet at least four times in a year. (2) Subject to this Act and any relevant county legislation, the County Land Use Planning Consultative Forum may regulate its procedure. (3) The County Land Use Planning Consultative Forum may establish committees for the effective performance of its functions."
