    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new Clause immediately after clause 60— Registration of documents at the Lands Registry. 60A. (1) A registrar shall not register a transaction in respect of any premises or land whose development permission as required under this Act has not been granted by the relevant county government. (2) A registration entered in contravention of sub-section (1) shall not be valid."
