    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 10 of the Bill be amended― (a) in sub-clause (2) (i) by deleting the word “and” appearing immediately after the word road in paragraph(a); (ii) by inserting the words “; and” immediately after the words “county road” (iii) by inserting the following paragraph immediately after paragraph (b)― ‘(c) there is uniformity in the classification of roads.’ (b) in sub-clause (3) by inserting the words, “in consultation with the relevant county government” immediately after the words “Cabinet Secretary” in the introductory phrase."
