    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT clause 101 of the Bill be amended― (a) by renumbering the existing clause as sub-clause (1), and; (b) by inserting the following new sub-clause under sub-clause (1)— ‘(2) In the exercise of the powers under subsection (1), each county government through their County Roads Agency shall classify and assign the roads under their jurisdiction and submit the proposed classification to the Cabinet Secretary for approval and inventory purposes.’"
