    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 13 of the Bill be amended by – (a) deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause – (1) The Board shall, subject to the approval of the Cabinet Secretary, appoint a Director General who shall be the chief executive officer of the Commission and shall, subject to the directions of the Board, be responsible for the day to day management of the Commission. (b) by deleting sub-clause (5) and substituting the following new sub-clause – (5) The Director General shall be an ex-officio member of the Commission but shall have no right to vote at any meetings of the Commission."
