A matter or thing or an act done by a member of the Board or an officer, employee or agent of the Commission shall not, if the matter or thing is done bona fide for executing the functions, powers or duties of the Commission, render the members of the Board, officer, employee or agent or any person acting on lawful directions of the Commission personally liable to any action, claim or demand whatsoever."
