    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 58 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by – (a) deleting the words “not more than four other” appearing at the beginning of the introductory clause of paragraph (e) and substituting therefor the words “two”; (b) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (e) – (f) two persons with knowledge and experience in matters relating to energy nominated by the Council of Governors."
