    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 85 of the Bill be amended – (a) by deleting sub-clause (3) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause – (3) Any royalty received by the National Government from geothermal energy produced under this section shall be paid into the Treasury of the national Government and apportioned between the National Government, county government and the local community as follows – (a) the county government’s share shall be equivalent to 20 percent of the royalties;"
