    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 128 of the Bill be amended – (a) in sub-clause (1) by – (i) deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the word “The” in the introductory clause and substituting therefor the word “Commission”; (ii) deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “information as the” in paragraph (e) and substituting therefor the word “Commission”; (b) by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause–(2) In entering any provision in the register, the Commission shall have regard to the need for excluding, so far as is practicable any matter which relates to the affairs of any person, where publication of that matter would or might, in the opinion of the Commission, be prejudicial to the interests of that person or the public interest. (c) By deleting sub-clause (3) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause– (3) The contents of the register shall be published on the website of the Commission and shall be available for inspection by the public, during such hours and subject to the payment of such fee as may be prescribed by the Commission."
