    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 129 of the Bill be amended – (a) in sub-clause (1) by – (i) deleting the introductory clause and substituting therefor the following new clause – (1) For the purposes of this Act, where a person holds a license or licenses, the accounts of each undertaking under each license shall, unless specifically exempted by the Commission, be subject to the provisions of this Act, and be kept separate and distinct and in the manner and form prescribed by the Commission: (ii) in paragraph (a) of the proviso by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the word “the” and substituting therefor the word “Commission”’ (b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “accounts to the” and substituting therefor the word “Commission”; (c) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “request of the” and substituting therefor the word “Commission”; (d) in sub-clause (4) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the word “The” in the introductory clause and substituting therefor the word “Commission”."
