    "content": "(b) inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (1)– (1A) Where the owner of a property cannot be traced, the applicant shall – (a) carry out a search in the Ministry responsible for matters relating to land with respect to the land in order to determine the name of the person in whom the land is registered; (b) send a notice by registered post to the last known address of the said person; and (c) issue a thirty notice in the Gazette and through an advertisement in at least two newspapers of nationwide circulation and an announcement in a vernacular radio station of local coverage for a period of two weeks."
