    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 190 of the Bill be amended– (a) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “recommendation by the” in the introductory clause and substituting therefor the word “Commission”; (b) in paragraph (f) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “recommendation by the” in the proviso and substituting therefor the word “Commission”; (c) in paragraph (i) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “furnish to the” and substituting therefor the word “Commission’; (d) in paragraph (j) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “year to the” and substituting therefor the word “Commission”."
