    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move- THAT, Clause 203 of the Bill be amended – (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the word “The” and substituting therefor the word “Commission”; (b) by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause:– (2) Every person who is issued with a certificate under subsection (1) shall be required to sit for such examinations at such periods as the Commission may prescribe and where the Commission so requests, submit performance reviews at such intervals as specified by the Commission."
