    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 208 of the Bill be amended– (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “recommendation of the” and substituting therefor the word “Commission”; (b) by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause– (2) The regulations to be made under this Act may be formulated by the Commission on its own motion or may be proposed to the Commission by any licensee or person. (c) in sub-clause (4) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “satisfaction of the” and substituting therefor the word “Commission”."
