    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, the Fourth Schedule to the Bill be amended in paragraph 1 by – (a) deleting sub-paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new subparagraph – (a) The Energy Regulatory Commission established undersection 9 shall be the successor to the Energy Regulatory Commission established by the Energy Act (now repealed) and subject to this Act, all rights, duties, obligations, assets and liabilities of the Energy Regulatory Commission existing at the commencement of this Act shall be automatically and fully transferred to the Energy Regulatory Commission and any reference to the Energy Regulatory Commission in any contract or document shall, for all purposes, be deemed to be a reference to the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority established under section 9. (b) deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “be of the” in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the word “Commission”; and (c) deleting the words “and Petroleum Regulatory Authority” appearing immediately after the words “employee of the” in paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the words “Energy Regulatory Commission”."
