    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 92 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (3) – (3) The licensing authority may, by notice in the Gazette, suspend or revoke the license issued to a person who if found liable for an offence under subsection (2). (4) Where the licensing authority intends to revoke or suspend a permit under this section, it may, at least twenty-one days before the date of the intended revocation or suspension, notify the holder of the permit of such intention, specifying the reasons thereof, and shall take every precaution to ensure fairness in the exercise of this power."
