    "content": "(1) The management of the Authority shall vest in a Board of Directors which shall consist of— (a) a chairperson appointed by the President; (b) the Principal Secretary in the Ministry for the time being responsible for petroleum or his or her authorized representative; (c) the Principal Secretary in the National Treasury or his or her authorized representative; (d) three county executive committee members responsible for petroleum nominated by the Council of County Governors; (e) the Director-General appointed under section 23 of this Act; and (f) one person shall be nominated by the Kenya Private Sector Alliance appointed by the Cabinet Secretary; The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
