    "content": "(1) The office of the chairperson or a member of the Board of Directors, as the case may be, shall become vacant if the holder— (a) dies; (b) by notice in writing addressed to the President or the Cabinet Secretary, as the case may be, resigns from office; or (c) is removed from office under any of the circumstances contemplated in section 13I. (2) The President or the Cabinet Secretary, as the case may be, shall notify every resignation, vacancy or termination in the Gazette within fourteen days. Madam Temporary Chairperson, I ask Sen.
