    "content": "A chairperson or a member appointed under section 13D(1)(f) and (g) may be removed from office for— (a) any violation of the Constitution or any other law; (b) gross misconduct, whether in the performance of the chairperson’s or member’s, as the case may be, functions or otherwise; (c) physical or mental incapacity to perform the functions of the office; (d) being absent from three consecutive meetings of Board without reasonable cause; (e) a failure to disclose to the Board of Directors any interest in any contract or matter before the Board; (f) being convicted of a criminal offence; (g) incompetence; or (h) bankruptcy.
