"content": "the Auditor-General and the Auditor- General shall submit the report to the Authority and Cabinet Secretary. (5) Notwithstanding anything in this Act, the Auditor-General may submit to the Cabinet Secretary a special report on any matter incidental to his powers under this Act, and the provisions of the Public Finance Management Act, on the same issue shall apply with the necessary modifications to any report made under this section. (6) The fee for an auditor, other than the Auditor-General, appointed under section 81 of the Public Finance Management Act, not being a public officer, shall be determined and paid by the Authority. (7) The Authority shall prepare the financial statements in a form that complies with the Public Finance Management Act."
