    "content": "(2) A committee, officer, employee or agent of the Authority shall be appointed in writing and the instrument of appointment shall set out the term of the appointment, the duties of the appointee, the appointee’s reporting requirements, functions, authority and powers conferred on the appointee. (3) Any instrument issued by the Authority under subsection (2) may be varied or revoked by the Authority at any time. (4) The Authority shall pay such allowances and fees to the members of such committees or such officers, employees or agents as the Salaries and Remuneration Commission may recommend.
