    "content": "(1) The common seal of the Authority shall be kept in such custody as the Authority may direct and shall not be used except on the direction of the Board. (3) The common seal of the Authority when affixed on a document and duly authenticated shall be judicially and officially noticed unless and until the contrary is proved, and any necessary order or authorization by the Authority under this section shall be presumed to have been duly given. (3) The Chairperson and Director-General shall authenticate the affixing of the common seal of the Authority by the signature of the Chairperson and the Director-General: Provided that the Authority shall, in the absence of the Chairperson, nominate one member to authenticate the seal on behalf of the Chairperson. (4) The Chairperson and Director-General may authenticate, by their signatures— (a) any document not required by law to be made under seal and (b) all decisions of the Board."
