    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Chairperson. I propose to move- THAT the Second Schedule be amended by deleting paragraph 53 and substituting therefor the following new paragraph - 53. Dispute resolution (1) Where there is a dispute between parties to a petroleum agreement arising out of or in connection with upstream operations, the dispute shall be settled through arbitration. (2) Unless otherwise provided for in the petroleum agreement, the parties shall appoint three arbitrators to determine the dispute as follows- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
