(1) The Board shall meet as often as necessary for the transaction of business but shall meet not less than four times every financial year and not more than four months shall elapse between the date of one meeting and the next. (2) The Chairperson shall preside at every meeting of the Board at which the chairperson is present but in the absence of the chairperson, the members of the Board present shall appoint a member from among their number to preside at that meeting. (3) The Chairperson or, in the absence of the chairperson a member of the Board appointed by the Board to act in the place of the chairperson, may at any time call a special meeting upon a written request by a majority of the members."
