    "content": "THAT Clause 5 of the Bill be amended - (a) in paragraph (b) by deleting the word “as” appearing immediately after the word “is” in the proposed new subsection (2)(a); (b) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (b) – (c) by inserting the following new subsection immediately after subsection (3) – (4) The Executive Director shall be appointed for a term of four years and shall be eligible for reappointment for one further term of four years."
