    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, those masts are there to enable people to use mobile telephony services. All mobile providers will target the high population density areas because they are looking for clientele and subscribers. Therefore, as we embrace the new technology, we must know that the technologies might come with long term effects that we have to address as a country. That is why I said, very clearly, that CCK and Radiation Protection Board have teamed up to undertake studies to see the effects of those masts to the populace. Tests are being done every now and then. If we establish that the masts have an effect on the population, then we will take the necessary action."
