    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, it is important that as a House, we have a calendar so that we know what is expected of us and where we are supposed to be. This should not just be for Senators but also members of the public who are welcome here to observe our sittings and participate by bringing petitions, or whatever it is that they need to do. I think a calendar really helps as far as setting the pace on what is going on at any given time is concerned; whether we are sitting or on recess."
