    "content": "Committee Member for finance is the one given that mandate and is the one held accountable under this Act. The issue of county governments’ securities has also been defined. That has not been the case before. Therefore, these amendments will go a long way to make sure that in this era where corruption is being fought left, right and centre, the monies Kenyans have raised in form of taxes are secured, properly used, and people who are in charge of that money are held accountable. Therefore, I support these amendments and I urge Members to support them. Thank you."
