    "content": "The other important thing is the issue of giving powers to the National Treasury in creating Treasury single account by having all the county exchequer accounts maintained at the Central Bank of Kenya as opposed to the current situation where the accounts are in all manner of commercial banks, and then lose much money when banks such as Chase Bank and Imperial Bank go under. I am sure those comments from Members will enrich the Bill when we reach the Committee of the whole House stage and I am sure in the coming weeks, we will have to dispense with this Bill which has stayed in the House since 2017 Hon. Speaker, I beg to move."
