    "content": "Commission agency or insurance agency is known all over the commonwealth countries as a commercial contractual practice. It is ingrained in all the businesses that you do with all the insurance companies. It is unthinkable that you can do away with this practice which is many years old. It is the agency or commission broker who approaches a customer and explains the product. He is able to adapt himself depending on what the customer wants. He reassures or tells the underwriter exactly the needs of a product. If you had a situation in which the agencies were not provided for, underwriters would do a job which is not theirs and do things which do not reflect the wishes of the consumer.
