    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I second the National Flag, Emblems and Names (Amendment) Bill, Senate Bill No.8 of 2017. As has been indicated, this Bill has the main purpose of allowing members of the public to fly national flags in their places of residence, work and businesses, and for other connected purposes. It is an amendment to the National Flag, Emblems and Names Act. Some of the highlights, as has been indicated, are under Sections 2 and 3 which focus on the change of the use of the word “Cabinet Secretary” from the “Minister.”"
