    "content": "The second major amendment is New Section 4B which is to provide for flying the flag in private residences during holidays because flags are flown during national holidays. In the past, flags were flown in official places, shopping centres and other public places. This particular amendment now includes flying flags at home or other places, but this will be regulated according to this amendment."
