    "content": "The other part of the amendment in Section 5 of Cap 99 of the National Flag, Emblems and Names Act seeks deletion of the words ‘local authorities’. This term was used before the new Constitution was promulgated. Currently, that is to be replaced with the words ‘county government’. The final part is Sections 8 and 9 which are seeking replacement of the word ‘Minister’ with ‘Cabinet Secretary’ in line with our new constitutional titles."
