    "content": "I feel the amendments in the Bill are long overdue. When I look through the Bill, I realise that some clauses are inconsistent with the Constitution of Kenya. It is time we aligned them with the Constitution. I see the title “Minister” being used as opposed to “Cabinet Secretary”."
