Unfortunately, vetting committees process applications and approve them, but when those applications reach Nairobi, they are rejected. What is the point of having District Vetting Committees when the applications they approve are rejected in Nairobi? Could the Assistant Minister give us a proper policy of the vetting process at the district level before applications for identity cards reach the headquarters?"
