    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity to add my voice to the petition from the Member of Kajiado West. Land issues are very emotive. Some of these issues are perpetuated or ignited by leaders and people who try to encroach on other people’s land. This happens all over in this country and it is high time this is harmonised and dealt with accordingly. In addition, I would urge the petitioner to request for the forwarding of this petition to the Departmental Committee on Lands because they are the best people to handle it. The National Land Commission is better placed to handle this issue other than the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources."
