    "content": "As a House, we need to debate seriously on whether this country is struggling to meet its obligations. You know if it is a company and it is struggling to meet its day to day obligations, then, it is moving towards insolvency. I tend to think that our country, without admission from the National Treasury, is probably becoming insolvent. This is my comment and I think this House needs to devout time to discuss the issue of cash flow in this country."
