    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we will keep on streamlining the vetting procedures, including changing the vetting committees because they are supposed to serve for only one year. However, for those who are 25 years and above, they can also be vetted; so long as they are Kenyans, they will still be given identification cards. I want to assure the hon. Member that there is nobody who will be denied an identification card even if they are above the required age."
