    "content": "I hope that the indulgence that was going to be given to that Committee will be accompanied by an apology because, many places I have gone to, governors keep on asking about this Petition in relation to their own situations. So, I hope since this is the Committee on Health, and anything relating to health must be handled expeditiously. I agree with you that they should be given time so that we look at that Report they will table before the House. I hope that Report is going to revive the patient because the patient is already dead."
