    "content": "Health is one of the key devolved functions in this country. If we do not address it properly, the conversation about it being taken back to the national Government will continue to be louder and popular. Therefore, we need to act as fast as possible. The Senate Committee on Health is working on this matter. It is not our intention to take a lot of time on it. However, we may take more time because we need to table a concise, elaborate and conclusive report to the House, so that when we take a position, it benefits all Kenyans."
