    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, towards the end of the last term, I sought a statement in relation to the activities of Lake Turkana Wind Power in Marsabit County and the loss or misapplication of resources between that company, the Ministry of Energy and the Kenya Electricity Transmission Company (KETRACO), a parastatal in the Ministry. You directed that the statement be made available as soon as it was practically possible and then we went on recess. Now that we are back and we are in the second week, I would like to know from the Chair of the Committee if the Statement is ready and when it can be presented to the House, so that we interrogate the content."
