    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, pursuant to Standing Order No. 57, I beg to move the following Motion in an amended form- THAT, this House adopts The Report of the Ad-hoc Committee on the Maize crisis in Kenya laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 27th November, 2018, subject to the following amendments- (a) by deleting the words “the Cabinet Secretary, the National Treasury and Planning and the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock” appearing in paragraph 3 on page 11 of the Report and substituting thereof the words “Inter -ministerial Committee on Food Security.” (b) by deleting the words “CS, National Treasury and CS, Agriculture appearing in Column 1 of Recommendation Seven on Page 111 of the Report and substituting therefore the words “Inter-ministerial Committee on Food Security.” (c) By deleting the words “CS, National Treasury and CS, Agriculture appearing in Column 3 of Recommendation Seven on Page 111 of the Report and substituting therefor the words “Inter-ministerial Committee on Food Security.”"
