The effect of the amendment to that Motion must be borne out by the Report itself. If that is the truth, then the amendment needed consideration by the Committee to move or table an amended Report which is signed. This is because the original Motion is accurate in so far as the recommendations are concerned. I have looked at the recommendations and the original Motion is in accord with them. However, what she is now moving in an amended form is not quite in accord with the recommendations. The recommendations are just three pages and are well laid out in the matrix. When you begin to see things being changed on such Motions the last minute, we need to know the motivation for some of these things."
