    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as a result of this visit, many findings came out. One of the findings that the Committee came up with is the issue of conflict between these two communities. It is not lost to this House that cattle rustling was one of the issues that really caused this Committee to visit these areas. One of the things that happened following this visit is after an incident that took place in this area, where a total of about 4,000 livestock were forcefully taken from one community by the security personnel and the reason they gave was to compensate those who lost their livestock from the Isiolo side."
