We did not just plug the name of the CS, the National Treasury and Planning from the air. It was after analyzing the evidence that was presented before the Committee. I have tremendous respect for Sen. (Prof.) Kamar who was our Chairperson. However, we, as a Committee, have not met to change the recommendations that we arrived at.
