I want to appreciate the contributions that have come in; I think they have given us an insight of how we should bring in amendments in a procedural manner. I am also impressed that this was a meeting of seven lawyers in this room, and we are very rich when it comes to that. I am, therefore, very happy and we can go and introduce that. Madam Temporary Speaker, there is no introduction of anything new. These are minutes that were given to us; and you can find them in the annexures. From them, you will discover that the committee called the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Food Security which is composed of the Cabinet Secretary (CS) of Treasury and Planning, the CS of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Irrigation; the CS of Devolution and all their Principal Secretaries; and the Principal Secretary of Internal Security. Therefore, the reason I was using the word ‘delete’ was basically because all of them are inside this one Committee.
